Specification

The JT type joint pipe is mainly used for the connection of the conductors and lightning arresters at the terminals of overhead power lines, the connection of jumper wires on non-straight towers, and the repair of conductors. It features convenient and flexible installation, and has a wide range of applicable conductors.

Splicing tube is mainly used for the splicing of conductors and lightning conductors of overhead power lines.

The continuation tube is used for crimping of aluminum stranded wires.

Installation procedure:

1. Preparation: Ensure the surface of the wire is clean, free of oxide layer or other impurities. You can use a wire brush to remove the oxide layer on the wire surface. Prepare the connection tube JT and other necessary tools.

2. Measurement and marking: Measure the length from the threaded part of the joint to the wire cap on the wire, and make a mark.

3. Inserting the wire: Insert the wire smoothly into the middle fixing block of the connection tube JT, ensuring the wire is inserted properly and clamped.

4. Checking the connection: Pull the wire outward to check if it is clamped tightly, and ensure the connection is firm and reliable.

5. Live work (if necessary): If the installation is carried out under live conditions, ensure that the operators take necessary safety measures, such as wearing insulating gloves and shoes, using insulating tools, etc.
