Boost overhead grid stability with our full line silicone composite insulators. Far superior to traditional porcelain types, they reliably serve coastal, industrial and heavily polluted areas. Built with robust FRP mandrels and weatherproof silicone sheds, FXB, FXBW and stay insulators deliver strong mechanical strength, great anti-fouling performance and long service life for global overhead lines and substations.

Diversified Mechanical Options 
We supply rated bending/tensile loads from 70kN to 120kN for all voltage grades (11kV/24kV/33kV/36kV). The solid FRP core avoids cracking and self-explosion risks of ceramic insulators, with matched structural height, arc distance and creepage distance covering light to Class IV heavy pollution zones.
Strong Insulation & Lightning Resistance 
Each model comes with tailored lightning impulse and 1min wet withstand voltage to reduce lightning tripping failures. Custom arc distance effectively prevents unexpected short circuits.
Self-cleaning Anti-UV Silicone Sheds 
Single or dual-diameter shed designs maintain lasting hydrophobicity. Rain washes away surface contaminants to cut maintenance work. The silicone shell resists UV, acid rain and extreme temperatures without aging cracks.
Global Standard Compliance 
Fittings support hot-dip galvanizing for corrosive sites, non-metallic anti-corrosion fittings optional. Certified to IEC 61109, ANSI C29.11 and GB/T 19519, ideal for international tender projects.
